Abdullateef Smoodi

He is more composing than designing his paintings! When he talks about his work, he talks about music. With the composition in his ears, he is adding color, is cutting, is changing and adding again.

His basic elements are traditional Islamic architectural forms like arch-ways, towers, domes, or the Mehrab and include mosaic inlyas and traditional carpet weaves to embellish and decorates his old world yet essentially contemporary works of art.

He participated in the following exhibitions:

- Central Arts Exhibition - Hammah - 1975.
- Allepo National Gallery Exhibition - 1975.

- Joint Exhibition with three of U.A.E. Artists - Al-Ahli Club - Dubai - 1983.
- Died in June 26th, 2005 in Hama (his birth city).
