IYAD Z. KANAN

· Currently working on his Maters degree in plastic art, at the Lebanese university/ institute of fine arts

· Postgraduate diploma in Drawing & Painting from the Institute of Fine Arts/ Lebanese University / first branch / Beirut / 1998.

· Member at the Jordanian plastic art Association since 1999.

· Has been published many articles and specialized critical studies about contemporary Jordanian, Arabic and western artists in daily and weekly Jordanian and Arabian newspapers & magazines

· was chosen to design several museums in Jordan.

· Participated in (Hawas cultural group) annual book, 1^st book, which contains a number of art articles and literature composed by Jordanian and Arab authors.

· Collection of poems "Al-Madina Nahr" on occasion of my solo exhibition which had the same title 2005.

BOOKS IN PRESS

· "Representing Movement in the Living Human Models", which is passed on my postgraduate diploma thesis.

· I am in the process of writing my own book about Palestinian refugee; "Um Aziz" (Amneh Hasan Banat) whom lost four of her sons during Israeli invasion of Beirut along with two massacres of Sabra and Shatila documented by photos taken by a number of Lebanese and Arab photographers who certified her bad history.
